SB241: Enforcement of restrictions on abortion.

Provides the attorney general concurrent jurisdiction with the prosecuting attorney in the prosecution of certain offenses concerning abortion. Allows the attorney general to issue an investigative demand if the attorney general has reasonable cause to believe that the person has engaged in certain violations concerning abortion.
